Weekly Fellowships Every Wednesday Night @ 9 PM in the Panhellenic Building. Come join 250 other college students for a time of fellowship, worship, and exploring God's Word. This is a good time weekly to connect with the Lord, with other people, and with opportunities for ministry on campus and in our community. Cross Bible Study This is a weekly event that happens in Panhellenic. Currently a pastor will come in to dig deeper into the bible for students who desire to know more about how Christ wants us to live. Anyone is welcome. You may contact Gus for more information. Spring Retreat Every year we take a weekend in the spring and go somewhere to get away from the normal pressures of campus life and to learn in a concentrated environment. This weekend is characterized by great speakers and fun activities. Student Leadership Team The leadership team has Changed. In recognizing the great number of students who are willing to take charge and serve, we are ready to let them. We have molded our system, which was used since The Cross' birth into what we are now using. We have two groups of people. One is our Officer team. This groups is made up of individuals who take on the role of being solely in charge of an activity of the Cross. The second group of leaders are our Shepherds. This group is based on the gifts of service and helping. They are in charge of aiding the officers and enacting the plan which the Officer of an activity has. They are the heart of our minisry. If you are interested in either of these, please contact any of our current leaders. Spring Break This year's trip will take a diversion from the past few. We will be strapping on our boots for yet another service opportunity. However, this time it won't be in the comfort of our own backyard. Honduras is the destination and the need is YOU. We will be helping build, clean up, and as always learning to worship and come closer to God. |
